Hydor Flo in a Nano? Anyone use one? 12 Gallon AquaPod

For the $12 or so dollars, I am going to give it a try. Seems like people really like them so i'll go for it.

Hoping it doesn't kick the sand up too much because if it does i'll definitely try something else.

I bought one and put it in my 24g Aquapod. I like the way it made the water move, but it sprayed my light cover with water, and caused a lot of bubbles in the tank when it stirred the water at the top of the tank. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but it didn't impress me. JMO

If I installed one of these on my 29 gallon bio cube would I need to replace the original water pump with one that has a higher flow rate to make up for the water pressure loss due to moving the diverter?
