Hydor Support?

Anyone have problems with their support?? i sent a nano 425 in after it stopped working 3 months later and they said it works fine and sent it back... it DOES NOT work after cleaning it even. i plugged it in several outlets in water, even tried turning the propeller by hand to see if it helps it doesn't even try to spin as if it has no power.

I do not know what was happening when you tested the unit. Maybe something was unstuck during shipping to our location.

Don't know what's wrong with it but I've always had good experiences with them. They replaced the front cover on a number of the pumps I had. Good luck. I'd contact them again and see if they had any ideas what might be causing the problem.

i just dont get it.. iv never had problems with pumps like this, i dont see what im doing wrong??

they still haven't replied since yesterday at 3am... another $12 to ship it back again... it clearly does not work, why would they say they tested it and it was fine?? its not like i dont know how they work iv taken it all the way apart to clean and try to find out why it isnt working. the propeller turns freely by hand. likely the coil inside of it to give it a magnetic field that makes the propeller spin is broken.
