are you picking up the tank tomorrow at 10 am if so i could help

I need to tear down mine first and I need to wait until the people are ready to pick up the fish when I catch them. Right now it looks like next weekend since Ed is getting the Lions share :)

I'm getting my 8 ft tank on Saturday if you get it on that day I can help with moving the 180

Tina I have a blue 55g barrel you can use. It does not have a lid though. I can meet you at Your reef to drop it off.

Ugh, remind me why I'm doing this again, LOL... gearing up for tear down. Having son watch water barrel fill, set up frag tank and rubbermaid storage bin, now tonight to move corals and start carbon, then rocks and fish.

Let me know if you are gonna pick it up on Saturday So I can pick up mine to at the same time because I'm also gonna need help loading up the tank in to the uhaul truck

OK, I have to see if anybody is available to move the tank (and take out my old one).

when are you wanting to move it? I'd like to help but with my son's football practice starting up my evenings are a bit limited.

I should have sold my achilles, if I did he would be alive today. the pump failed on the holding tank and he didn't make it along with my goldflake angel :(.

I sold my queen angel and a few other pricey fishes when I moved to Roseville from sac last October. I kept only 8 fishes. In fact, Kim with the fish maintenance business purchased queeny so I know she is in a good environment where she can nip other fishes fins for fun. I should have done the same with my sps corals. I ended up killing all of the colonies I had when I moved them in a temporary system. That is why my tank had barely any corals during the tank tour. Moving tanks and setting it up is a pain but eventually we'll get back to where it once was. I am sticking with clams and fish for now until my tank is ready to become a full blown reef again. I don't plan on moving ever if so I am keeping only the equipment and the rocks and start new with livestock.

Even the rocks. Some of them in a storage container smells like they need to be re-cured (must have had sponges and other growth that died off). Hopefully I'll never have to tear down again, but learned anything questionable or valuable needs to go into another persons established tank for safe keeping. It'll be a while before mine is up to par again.

system transfers or breakdowns are brutal most of the time. i went thru 2 of them in as many years. for me losing coral ain't as bad as losing fish...but sorry for your losses.
