Yeah, I think that's what I did - let him attach to a piece of macro then super glued the macro to a rock, from there they spread.

And yes throw it in a cup, but not too hard.

When I read and said macro I was thinking "reef rubble". My mind works stragely somtimes ;-)

I think the macro algae would decompose before the shroom attached to the rock, so I don't know how well that would work.

You can get normal shrooms that are already attached for only 4 bucks each. I know Oldsmar has them.

mine is prolly on for umm lets see here...15 hours? as soon as I get my hands on a timer it will be less. plus actinics are on longer. Have you ever seen this? We found a clear ric... its got like neon faint orange and green on it but just barely. its so cool. I want it lol.

if its clear its probably bleached.look at the pic above and see the white things.those are yumas that lost colors.i moved them out of my main tank and put them in the fuge.im hoping the lower light will bring them back.

i dont think so they are clear clear not white, they are REALLY cool looking, and they look healthy. they are like clear with neon like ghost marking kind of on the tip of each little ball idk its cool.
