I am thinking of getting a SH

I have a 46 gallon BF with a lot of corals in it. Corals are zoos/paly's, acans, micro's, and some montis. I have a 300 GPH return pump and 2 powerheads. I am wodering will this be too much flow?? For fish I have 2 B&W Ocellaris, a mandarin, and a few very small gobies. Tank is about 2 years old now and I have too many little kritters running around. I have so many that they bother some of my corals sometimes. I have always been fascinated with SH, but the over abundance of pods is driving this. I have been in the hobby for 6 years and feel that I can care for a SH. Let me know what you guys think. Also what type of pipefish would be suitable as well. Or do you guys think 2 pipefish would be a better option than a SH. Also my power heads are directed at the glass and fanned out. Thanks

I think that pipefish will be a better option than seahorses. While seahorses can handle some coral and fish tankmates, it is much more limited; and they are less tolerant of flow.
I can't tell you if you have too much flow based on what you've said, since I don't know the power of the powerheads, or what the return pump actually pushes in your tank.
You do need to pick either seahorses or pipefish; as mixing the two is very risky.

My return pump is pushing 300 PGH into my tank. It the return line is split into 2. Also the 2 PH are maxi jet 900's. Then what type of pipefish do you reccomend. Thanks.
