I love the Ushio bulbs also - very nice white color and like checkinhawk said - no yellow. I believe John carries them.

ReefArtist, great job on the glass. That makes the canopy look like a million dollars. I wish I could come up with something original. All my ideas come from someone else. LOL

boyd they cost $65 each i think.yeah the canopy has gone along way from the one i got.

I have been hearing you talk about them for some time now. They are stunning!!! and the tank and hood looks great. ReefArtist is awesome

I use to run the 10k ushio bulbs for 3 years. They look great, nice crisp white light. The only problem I had was that my corals grow really slow under them IMO. Then I switch to the AQ 14k and everything grows like weeds. Now that I can not get them anymore I have to do some research on a new bulb.

The powder blue isn't in a four foot tank - thank you very much and yes I like the design also. It's made of glass - fusible glass I can put it in a 2" by 2" area if you would like - :celeb2: No one mentioned this because - IT's GLASS - now you really made yourself like stupid didn't you.

yes i will have a PBT in this tank and a copperband butterfly.when you pay for my fish selection i put what you want in it.im sure the fish will do better in my 90 than a 12"cube at the store.i think you need to bring in the federal tang police on this case.whats funny is that there isnt any PBT in the pics.except the glass.

Yes I do and I also have T5's:
IceCap Mini Pendant 1-MH 250W 10K HQI Ushio, IceCap 430 with 2-36 inch 39W T5 1-UVL Super Actinic and 1-ATI Blue Plus. I love the color combination- with the MH and T5's or just the T5's on. The Ushio does have a nice white.

I like the color on your 65. I was contemplating XM 10K, but John also recommended the Ushio. I think that's one more decision in the book.
