Even our dog is a tank head! She will sit staring at a tank for hours, even if it is empty, on it's side and on the floor. Mom says she's sick and twisted, but I don't know. It's kinda cute till she snots up the glass. ;-)

There are several zoos opening up, thanks to JD! Some are really large. Thanks to everyone offering their support. I have said it before and I'll say it again. This club is amazing! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I am so glad I joined!

We're all so nice and helpful cause we remember all too well what it was like when we set up our first tanks. so exciting and new not to mention so darn expensive! Best advice I can give is make sure you put your name on those donor lists as they come up! Look at my photo album and see my 55g, most of those corals came from the donor program, and the tank looks as good as it does because the wisdom and advice everyone in COMAS has shared.
My dog likes to do the same thing, just wait till he starts trying to lick the fish through the glass. that's always fun to clean up.

yeah, she is a little tank hound. maybe I ought to get her her own membership, huh? haha if something swims close to where she is sitting, sometimes she tries to bite it through the glass. taking her fishing is a nightmare. When we cast out, she jumps in and 'fetches' our bobbers.

If I remember to bring them with, I have some plastic razor blades. You are welcome to have some. They'd probably work well on that harder coralline...

And with all the volunteered frags, I think your tank is getting towards full already! :)

More pics

OK, I have some more pics to post for everyone to see. I don't have any fish yet. My plan is to get a young pair of black percs and try to get them to become a mated pair. I am also looking into a shrimp goby and shrimp pair. Haven't decided on the kind yet though. Any suggestions? I have a pulsing xenia that is a frag from the program that is still in Brook's seahorse tank for the time being. There is aptasia on it and I want to juice it before I transfer.

Here is a kenya tree that I got from JD. Everything is what he gave to me except 2 things from wet pets. I will specify those when they come up.

here is an unknown sponge that has really started getting full and pretty in the past 2-3 days.

these are some zoos I mounted on a rock with an unknown frag of something. It is at the top of the tank because I think it is a light needy one. On the top right is another frag that was in the tank.

The next 2 are from wet pets.

This rock has patches of small bright orange zoos. There are also some even smaller ones that look yellow, but it is hard to tell so far.

Here is the same rock with the main lights off. See how well they glow? Kinda like a highlighter under blacklight.

This is a red seaweed tree thingy also from wet pets. It really pops against the coraline algae!

This final pic is of some zoos from JD also with the main lights off. I couldn't resist. ;-)

looking good sheri, i see you found the kenya tree. did you ever find the eagle eye, and fire and ice zoo's?? they were attached to some of the rock so if you havent found them you may want to turn some rocks around, but you never know im sure they will show up eventually.
