I have been selling my Oregon tort frags way to cheap

sounds perfect to me..can we some how get a frag to come my way in new york? I did have it two times and both times i lost it. I picked it up from cunareefer and it looked like yours. let me know size price and shipping

Michael

Do you have short term memory loss ? You are the one that made me research the lineage of my coral and I thank you for that:bdaysmile: then after I gave you the price and shipping you said no thanks . The only frags that have rtn for me was when I put some in my sump under leds with my whites on to strong lesson learned. Funny I just sent my first one off to New York at 6:30PM today.

Oh yhea I do remember that LOl thanks

CC has this as a ORA Oregon Tort but doesn't have the deep blue like some of the photos above. What you think is it a OT?

I don't know about the green around the polyps but it structure looks right. They did sell some my OT in May of this year that they go from me with some pearberry frags at reef palooza in Orlando for a circle frag rack trade that I never received :mad2: Thanks for reminding me maybe I should call them.

This is kind of off topic but kinda on, but has anyone been successful with this coral under LEDs? Seems I've seen countless times how this particular coral does not seem to last under LED. Maybe I'm wrong, was just an assumption I had.

I have a small frag in my sump under a hydra 26 that has been in there since July and looks good. I have my whites at 30% uv at 20% red and green20% blues 85% violet 80%

This is mine that I purchased from John Coppolino. I am pretty sure he called it Oregon Tort. I would like any input if you see something that shows it to be something else. Sorry for the pic it's from my IPhone.

With the glowing tips and structure it looks just like my Cali tort . And If the growth tips have a green circle around the poly also for sure Cali tort. Send John Coppolino your photo and ask what he sold you.

Thanks for the advice, I did some more research and this is what he calls it!

10. Blue monster tort- This is a beautiful staghorn originally from Jason Fox. Grows in a staghorn form like the Cali tort but some corallites appear like the Oregon"¦ a wonderful and unique combination"¦

Found one the other day and went back to look again but it was sold at $150. This is today and people must be buying them

Haha yea I know, I'm the poor sap you met at the end who tried to haggle you on a already steal of a deal right before they were sold to another booth. :fun2:

Just wanted to meet you on the forums.

JPMagyar's Oregon tort mother colony at its peck picture was awesome. I sure hope this gem gets spread around again. It was the bluest coral in my reef.

Im in Vegas and no one in town has the original. I'd love to connect with someone from Cali who still has the original. I would love to bring this coral back to Sin City, I sold my old colony a couple years back when I did a house move. Regret it ever since :(

I got a huge frag from reeflover. My friends told me his pics were photoshopped. Well my friends, they are not. This thing is solid blue. I mean real blue. Did I say BLUE???

My frag is doing great under my radions. Will be my centerpiece!
