This works well on zoas plus almost all the filter feeders I have. Just need to note that a little goes a long way. Hermits even start scrambling around when I feed this. I also feed phyto, though really to the tank and not directly to the zoas.I've also used Reef Nutrition's Oyster Feast...
I've never really had luck with target feeding zoanthids, since they don't "grab" food it tends to just wash by them. But a couple times a week if you shut off the pumps (I do power heads as well) and feed, they seem to find it. They also seem to do okay when some mysis or Cyclopeeze lands on the colony, though I really can't swear they eat it.
Zoas do better for me if fed, despite the fact that in normal tanks they really get all they need. Growth is better and color is better. I've been told by some that colonies will share nutrition between polyps but I really don't see how, there's no real biological connection except the anchoring mat.
