I need some help on this one please.....

Hey everyone, I just bought some ricordea and I have like three little anemone's on the rock I got. They look exactly like this http://www.greghiller.com/images/gh_pink-tip-anemone-001.jpg
Can anyone help me truly identify the problem?
Are they like the infamous apista? will they really wreak havoc?
Or are they something all together different? I'd like to get rid of it quicky if its bad so any input would help!

it is a majano anemone a buddy of mine had them in his tank and he said they are pests, get them out before they get comfy

They do multiply kinda fast, not as fast and wide spread as Aptasia but can cause problem. If you like them, keep them but you may end up remove them later. They are not impossible to remove like Aptasia (which multiply and up everywhere)
