I recieved a fish order--a little unhappy

I just recieved an order for to 2 wrasses a couple days ago. The fish arrived larger than I asked for, but maybe that's all that were in stock, and they looked unhealty from the start. Torn fins and some scales were ruffed up and clamped. They are finally swimming and taking some food after 2 days and look like they'll make it past the live arrive, but still I regret ordering them in the first place.
But the fish did arrive quickly and packed fine.
Anyway, I'm a little apprehensive about ordering again, but wanted to ask if you had any black volitan lion fish in? Smaller size--nice and healthy long untorn fins............

Hi Ironsheikh,

Thanks for shopping with MarineDepot Live. We take great care in picking the best possible stock so we're sorry to hear that you had a problem with your order. Please give us a call at 714-935-9607 or send us an email: sales@marinedepotlive.com and we will work with you to make this right.

The volitan does look nice but it is more of a maroon color right now then black...

Thanks for the reply ---the filamented flasher wrasse was on its last leg so I had to mercy flush him today. I went with another company for the volitan -- maybe I'll check back when I search for an ozonizer

I have since ordered from petsolutions and exotic fish.com --

my exotic fish.com order came quickly and the fish alive and well --no problems --- marinedepot is fine for dry goods I'm guessing, but if you guys want to give me a coupon to entice me to come back....we'll see

Hi again,

Sorry to hear that your wrasse didn't make it... did you take a picture of him before you desposed of him? The wrasse was covered by our Stay Alive Guarantee so if you have some pictures of him dead or dying, send them to us and we can give you a livestock credit for him.
