I think I have a bug problem....

Well, Ive had my tank up and running for over a month now, and I have noticed that I see little "bugs" crawling around on the substrate.... Are these the pods that I hear everyone talking about ?!?!? Theyre like a clear/white color, with some little antennae and a bunch of little legs on them.... They occasionally are on the glass too, but I cant get a good pic of them with my crap camera... I was able to get a pic of a different bug that I see a few of, and I have no idea what they are....

Its pretty much center in the tank, is a touch smaller than a grain of rice, and it has a bunch of legs on it also....

Am I okay with these little guys, or do I have some sort of major problem ?!?!?

Should I have anything in the tank to keep their numbers in check, or just let them run rampant ?!?!? Right now I have a cleaner skunk shrimp and a pair of true percs in there.... I was thinking about a six line wrasse and some type of goby to finish it off, will any of those eat some of these little buggers to keep their numbers in check, or should I get a dragonette or something for the tank ?!?!?

don't add dragonette. you're goping to starve it pretty quick. i got 2 mandarin , dragonette and target and i supplement my tank a bottle of tigger pods every 2 months even i have a fuge full of pods to keep them healthy.

Thats when I saw the most of them.... running around on the LR like crazy, going through all the little nooks and crannies...... I just wanted to make sure they werent some type of bad bug. :D
