I now have 4 IC 250 ballasts sitting here that are not working. 2 of them were sent from Ice Cap as replacements. Hooked the first one up and it is not working either. I am getting a slight beam of light from the bulb and a buzz from the ballast indicating that it is trying to start it. It tries for about 3 mins then shuts off, tries again then shuts off again permanently.
