Ic 430

Does anyone know if an Icecap 430 will over-drive two 60" T5 bulbs? I know the Icecap 660 overdrives them from 80 watts to 100 watts, but I'm not sure about the 430.

The 430 may just a very small amount, but its pretty close to stock.
