ich on new clowns

I think the two true percula clownfish that i bought from my LFS on Sunday might have ich. The larger of the two has 3 VERY tiny ( but there ) white dots on the outer "clear" area of his fins. The smaller one does not have any dots, but they were in a tank together by themselves at the store. My tank is 8 weeks old and all parms. are good. I bought a RBTA along with the clowns. There is also a few crabs & snails, a small feather duster, and a 4 stripe damsel in the tank. Should I pull them out of the tankand treat them right away or should I wait to be sure it is ich? Should I treat the whole tank?

I am new to this hobby but I already have had a go with ick; my lesson learned is DON'T WAIT to treat or you will definitely lose your fish; I used quick cure (found at Walmart and other stores) in a separate quarantine tank and he is doing good ; the other fish that I lost I just did freshwater dip and didn't treat; I wish that I intervened sooner , I probably could have saved them; ick can stay if a host fish is available ; you could do the wait and see for the other fish and if symptoms then QT them out of tank ; I think that you do more harm than good by treating the main tank ; if outbreak continues, QT and treat all the fish and leave main tank fishless for up to 6 weeks ; I am using this time to add some more live rock, a cleaner shrimp to the main tank while I am waiting for ick to die down. I did increase the heat around 81 to speed up the ick cycle but then my tank is fishless

Also, I have learned my lesson to quarantine all new additions to prevent contamination of my main tank; I won't make that error again

One spot on the fish turns to infestation really fast ; all these changes cause stress; FW dip, moving to another tank etc

It usually goes away on it's own. Leave them be but watch it very closely to be sure it does not get worse. If it does get worse, Put them in a hospital tank and treat them with hyposalinity (1.009) and 1mL of Formalin III per gallon of water for a month. Treat the make up water with Formalin III at the same dosage.
