Ich or something else?

Hi,

Here is the situation my fish are under hypo for about two month two weeks ago I discover that my refractometer was wrong and I was at 1.010 of salinity. I brought a saliny monitor (pinpoint) and now sine two week I'm at 1.0085. I cant see any sign that ich will go away. Here is picture of the two more infected fish.

Is that realy ich?

What I should do?

I thinking about a cupramine treatment but I have also a spotted mandarin in QT tank with no sign of disease.

I would not trust a salinity monitor for accurate control of SG for treatment of ich. (Of course I do not feel using hypo is a good idea for treatment of ich). From the pictures it is definitely ich and Tank transfer (read the sticky) will eliminate that quickly.

Oh, by the way, the tank has ich and all fish are infected.

I have 8 fish in the same qt so tank transfer will not be easy since I will need another 40 breeder to do the job.

What about cupramine?

Is that a problem with mandarin and tang?

I try the tank tranfert as shown on the sticky. Tomorrow morning will be the fourth transfert but I still see ich on the purple tang (much less than before) and the hippo (no sign of cure on him). What should I do?

I do the transfert around 6am on day 4, 7, 10...
