ICH or something else?

I have a blue tang that is eating great and seems just fine but has spots that will come and go. I know ich usually causes scratching and can cause rapid breathing which isn't happening either. Hard to get some good pics as the fish is crazy fast but I think these show up pretty well.

The tank currently has the hippo tang, 4 green chromis and a engineer goby. The only one with spots is the hippo tang. Let me know what you guys think.

All fish have been in the DT for about a week and a half. All are doing good just the tang with the spots. Was hoping it wasn't ich but looking more and more like thats the case. I am not looking forward to having to catch all the fish if it is indeed ich.

Ich will come and go which is the nature of the lifecycle. It will look like salt with behavioral symptoms of flashing or hanging near the water returns. The pictures are not sufficiently detailed to be definitive.

I don't see any signs or flashing but at night the tang likes to wedge up near one of the drains going to the sump? Doesn't really go near the return from the sump though? Anything else that it really could be other then ich? I'd like to get better pictures but just can't get the fish to stand still very much lol.
