True. This is an old myth that just won't die, probably goes back to a time with steel rimmed tanks and a different adhesive. I've used Cupramine on 100+ fish in the same 55 gal QT. Agreed, I currently QT corals in a tank that has been used with copper on and off for most of the last 15 years. No problems if the tank is cleaned as outlined above.
