ID and sex please

My LFS said it was an erectus and I am thinking it's female. As i'm no expert, I wanted to get a second opinion.

It's about 3 1/2" fully stretched. Could it still change?

I think the earliest ones start in the 2 1/2" to 3 1/2" range.
However, I have some I bought last October that are now in the 6" range and 3 of the "females" have developed pouches. One has just a small pouch that may be a pseudo pouch but the other two are full sized pouches.
