it's not bleached it's super bright yellow with purple tips, eats quick, under side has white spots.

and can it host?

Pictures aren't loading for me, but I would think that if it was bright yellow it's probably dyed. Most yellow anemones that come into the hobby have been died, and it's depressingly common with H. Crispas.

Edit: Pics loaded up now, and I don't want to hit any nerves, but it certainly looks bleached to me. I think that once it begins to regain zooxanthellae it will be more of a green color, but I have certainly been wrong before. What exactly makes you say it's not bleached, out of curiosity?

Looks like H. crispa (aka sebae) to me also. Unless those photos are really overexposed, it is bleached a bit.

Looks bleached to me, and although I don't see the yellow, if you say it's "bright yellow," then it has been dyed. :(
