ID HELP: All White Emerald Crab??

Just found this guy on the under side of my mag float. He moves and looks JUST like a crab.. with no shell!!!

Could it be a baby emerald crab? I do have one in my tank. Maybe she was pregnant?

It kinda looks like a gorilla crab. If you can get to it, I'd remove it and keep an eye on it.

Aren't gorilla crabs more brown/beige? I caught him in a Tupperware for the night. I'm curious if he's reef safe or not.

Not reef safe. It's either a gorilla crab or teddy bear crab. They come in many colors. Toss it in the sump.

Is it "Albino?"
That would be extremely rare if it is...

Any crab with big pincers (even male emeralds) are usually bad news. I try to get female emeralds because I've had males kill each other.

It's a teddy bear crab. No doubts. Classic coral muncher, get rid of it!
