Well here is something I'm not sure about. It seems to be taking over the bottom 6" of the tank and is in the sand also. It doesn't seem to like direct light since it's only on the shaded areas of the sand.

Besides the obvious valonia, what do you think the little white things are? You can also see that each white mini leaf like thing has 1 red dot also. That's pretty neat I suppose. It would look cool out in the flowerbed but I would think this isn't good for the tank.

So what could it be and what solution to eradicate? Sorry, but I don't have params at the moment.

Thanks

Jerry

Have you tried blasting what ever it is with a turkey baster or power head? Just wondering so we can eliminate flat worms.

Sorry to say but the baster test indicates flatworms. So now it's a matter of what flatworm species it is.

a pair of yellow coris wrasses would have a hayday in there. They would be fat for awhile.

I wonder how that wrasse would feel about my peppermints and cleaner shrimp? BTW, do you think this is a harmful flatworm? In other words what would you do?

I'm with Glenn on they yellow coris wrasses

No chemicals, they are fun to watch and they hunt well, so it won't just be the ones you see, they will munch on many you can't see.

No chemicals here.....so yellow coris it is. Thanks guys!!!

Glenn, my mom used to have a biz in El Reno called New Age Graphics so I'm sure I may have met you before. Take care.

Probably not. I moved here 7 years ago and just went to Roberts grill for the first time today. I know no one here. Lol
