ID Help: Very tiny anenome type thing on the glass

Was looking around the tank today and saw two of these little cirtters. I did just add a bta to the tank. Not sure if i need to remove the guys or if they are on the good team... Thanks in advance!

Thinking hydroid jellyfish maybe? From what I gather I should be getting rid of them? Thoughts from the experienced?

Yeah I think it looks like a baby aiptasia from the looks of its pointy tentacles

I vote Hydroid, never seen an Aiptasia split tips like that.

Almost certainly hydroids. Generally speaking, no action is needed.

Looks like the Hydroids I had at one time as well only with an awesome camera. Mine just slowly dissipated over time I wouldn't worry.

I've never seen a hydroid in any of my tanks, but doesn't a hydroid have a 'foot' to attach as well?

Just asking the question, not questioning your ID.

Frankly, I think it could be either one. I'd suggest watch it for awhile. If it gets bigger and turns tan, it'a aiptasia. If it stays clear, it's a hydroid. In the alternative, just get it out and don't worry about it unless you see more.
