ID: Mysterious Bivalve?

Found this guy on my rock months ago but wasn't sure what it was. Caught it today for the first time wide open. I'm assuming it's some kind of bivalve. Anyone know exactly what it could be? I find the claw shaped shell quite odd.

The shell shape looks a tiny bit like a small heart clam, but I don't think that's what it is. But I'd bet it's some kind of clam and I'd keep it for now. I have several small clams in my tank. Filter feeders are always good to have.

Looks like a species of ark clam.
