ID please - Looks like a flatworm of sorts?

Hello!

During usual inspection, dipping, and QT procedures after a frag swap, I found a tiny, flat critter on an Acropora sp. It doesn't seem to match up to pictures of AEFW (acro eating flatworms), but I have no idea what it is...or if I should be worried.

Upon removing it from the water, it curled up, and seemed to have a semi-hard "shell" (although the whole body was maybe 1mm thick and 2mm long). It wasn't squishy. When it curled up, I also noticed cillia or legs or something moving.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

That's an isopod in the family sphaeromatidae. All sphaeromatids are presumed to be micro-grazers and harmless.

In your tank, is it opaque (like in your pic) and look sort of like this (excuse my poor drawing skills, I couldn't get a good pic of what I see in my tank with my POS camera)
