ID Please

I have had my 75 gallon fallow since 5/30/2013 after an ich outbreak. I noticed these guys on the glass about a week later any ID help would be great I know they are terrible pictures best I can get focus wise and yes I know the tank looks like crap but it's going to be fallow until late August so I have been slack on scraping algea

Extremely hard to tell from the image whether they are snails or pods or something completely different.

If they're not moving, my first guess would be spirorbid worms. (harmless)

They are moving they kind if look like small moving white arrowheads (best shape description I could think of

I did there are some similar guys on there but nothing definitive

From the description of arrowheads, my thought would be possibly harmless copepod eating flatworms (Acoel, not on computer so not 100% on spelling). I can't tell at all from the pics.

Yea they're so small my camera can't focus in them ill try a better camera when I get home. Also thinking about grabbing a pocket microscope from work and see if I can't get a better look
