ID please

Just spotted this in my tank. Any ideas what it is. Maybe about 1/2" tall right now.
Get it out or leave it alone?

red macro algae. It's kinda pretty - I'd leave it

It appears to be Dragon's Breath Flame Algae. It looks faded, has it been in a low light area?

It is down at the very bottom of the tank. I didn't put it there, came in on some rock along the way. No new rock or other additions in the past year either.

Thanks. Also just found a feather duster. Amazing the this that show up a year after the last addition.

Growing big now. If I pull it out of the rock and put it in the sump will it be fine?

Looks like feather dusters I hope. Also some type of tube worm or sponge?
