ID this Skimmer Invader

Found this guy in my skimmer cup. He's almost like a shrimp, but he rears his back end up like a scorpion. Ideas? Sorry for pic quality.

Oh ok. If you still have it though you might want to put it in a small glass bowl or tupperware container and try to get a better picture of it.
