ID this weird creature

I found this moving about in my tank couple of days ago. haven't seen in since. It was about an inch long and moved like a inch worm by bending in the middle. It didn't seem to use the "arms" for anything. There are a few pics in my gallery.
The pictures arent great, was hard to get the camera to focus. Also a short blurry movie on Youtube.

It looks like a skeleton shrimp to me, but it is hard for me to see it in the photo's and video.

I'll answer my own question, I think it is a Skeleton shrimp. I thought it might be a shrimp.

It's definitely a skeleton shrimp
