ID weird things on glass

Finished up initial cycle two weeks ago and added a few trochus snails just yesterday so excuse the dirty glass

What are these things? I haven't seen them until tonight and they look rather ominous... Probably 10 or so on the glass of my tank.

Tricky... a quick Googling suggests that they do indeed look like hydroid jellfish. Not harmful I assume? So small I'd be surprised if they could eat anything other than the little pods runnin everywhere. I started my tank with dry rock so they must have either hitchhiked in on the pound of live sand I used to seed the tank or on the two trochus snails?

Anyone else have any ideas or think that they are hydroid jellys?

I keep having these "hydroids" myself. One day they will be everywhere and then I will go a few days without seeing any.

It's definitely just a cladonema jelly. Looks exactly like graveyardworm's pic. They've been slowly disappearing. Reallly cool though and fun to watch... I saw one pulsing against the current a little and then ride it around before sticking back down.
