I bought this wrasse today & can't for the life of me remember the name of him/her.....................Perhaps someone here knows.............Looks almost exactly like a false perc version of a wrasse.

I'm just drip acclimating him at the moment....

Either Formosa wrasse or Red coris. neither one of them is reef safe. Both like to flip rock, dig sand and eat shrimp

Well, considering the tank he's going into.................the ever-mysterious pistol shrimp has taken care of my crabs, snails & shrimps, so I guess there's nothing left for him to destroy.

On the other hand, I've never had a fish become so comfortable so fast in a tank before. He was literally picking at the rocks 5 minutes after I put him in the tank. Maroon clown attempted to nip at him, but he in turn nipped back & the maroon ran for cover.........

Thanks for the info!!!!

You know you're talking about a foot long fish when it grows up, right? :D

I saw 14-16" red coris at tong shop earlier this year. Whenever he got that big, he can pick up a huge rock and launch them across the tank.
