I had an idea for calculating the general tank length a tang will need. Take the adult length, not the baby length, and subtract three.
For example, 8" yellow tang - 3 = 5' tank
10" blue tang - 3 = 7' tank
16" dussie tang - 3 = 13" tank
Does that seem like a good approximate? I know some of the really active tangs will need more space and a few would tolerate less, but it seems like it would be useful if we had a general measuring stick for tangs.
