Ideas for build

So right now I'm designing a home, still have a long ways to go due to permits and everything else (6months - 1 year).
But I made an area that's basically a closet that I will convert into an in-wall tank most likely after construction is done. The area is 6ft x 3ft.

My vision is to have it viewable from 3 sides and the non viewing side to have about 2ft of space to house equipment and easy access to plumbing. I will also have decent size doors above and under tank to have access in those areas as well.
So with that, my current tank dimensions would be approx. L 4ft x W 3ft. Largest Standard width dimension I've been able to find is about 25inches. Is there any builders that have similar dimensions to what I'm looking for?
Or would this have to be custom? if so I would imagine that the price would be a lot more? Would it be worth it to go custom?

6x3 closet is the biggest I want to go. I already had to shrink it because I made the house smaller due to restrictions here in Monroe county. They only allow you to clear 3000sqft including the driveway and impact zone.

Would appreciate any ideas you have. I've thought about maybe a full walk around tank, if you have experience with that feel free to chime in.

I'm having a hard time visualizing what you are describing. Is it a peninsula with an additional 2x2 area behind it for equipment? or a 4x3 with a 6x3 closet behind it?

Either way, the Marineland 250 DD is a 4x3. They are semi-custom but as far as a stock tank in that size that is the only one. That said, Exotic prices are very competitive and you can likely have a custom tank build for not much more.

My bad for not specifying, I should've said peninsula. I'll try to screen shot the area. It will separate kitchen and living room/dining area. Although that marineland sounds amazing, its a tad too big lol
Closet is 6x3.
Tank 4x3
Which leaves 2x3 of space in the back.

The Marineland 250 is 4x3, how is that too big unless what you specified you want is too big in that case you need to specify smaller dimensions:hammer:

Are you sure? I saw somewhere that the Marineland 250 DD is 6x3... Can't find it now...
