Identification of unknown rock creature?

So we have this small snail size of a large pencil eraser. But it only comes out at night. But it's shell is black and his body is black with what looks like a finger nail on his back or a half biker helmit. What's your thoughts? I can't seem to get a picture.

I can't get a good one I will keep trying he's quick and won't leave his hole in the rock.he has a face an antennas like a snail. But he's quick lol.
