Jacob, they appear to be normal flatworms. I would not be too worried.

Wait first question are there any areas of dead/skeletal coral showing? If so they may be the cause & its better to be safe than sorry. In the picture its kind of hard to tell which type of flatworm it may be but I'm assuming the bad kind for the reason that they surround what looks to be the skeleton of the coral.
