Im BACK!! time to start over again

well after being away for a couple years i think its time to get wet again...

im not gonna jump right into it this time. im gonna take my time and build/buy everythign i need before i start to cycle.

im gonna go reef with some fish

75-200g tank where's the best place to buy from these days?
gonna go with MH/VHO lights... will 2x250w MH be too much for a 75g? or will 150 be better? gonna get an icecap 660 for the vho running 2 actinic and 2 day bulbs... is URI still the ones to get?


next im gonna need a skimmer and sump.. thinking of a DIY.. isnt there someone in okc that was building custom sumps?

gonna build a calc reactor... need to find plans and a tank

im start making some diy rocks this week, to get them curing !!



am i missing anything else...

cant wait to get wet again!

Welcome back. I would thumb through about the first five pages worth of stuff here on the COMAS board. Many people have posted some for sale stuff. In fact, I think JimmyS still has a 75g tank for sale and some other stuff that goes with it.

thanks guys... yea... he sent me a PM already..

since im still planning i dont fully know what direction i gonna go in yet... how big of a tank and such is still in the planning...

i do have a wall that a 8' long tank would fit on nicely tho...lol

ive been looking at www.glasscages.com and found a 180g that would be great to have... if i bought a new tank. and they will be coming through OKC on 7/15/06 for deliveries... so that might be what i aim for... you can never have too much water you know...

My dad and I have been very satisfied with both of our tanks from glasscages.com. I know that there have been several people locally that have purchased tanks from them.

thanks jeff... i think im gonna go with either the 180 Gal. Wide 72 x 24 x 25 --- or --- 150 Gal Long 60 x 24 x 25

either way im gonna DIY as much as i can...
