Brad- I am not familiar with any of the LFS in Tulsa, but I frequent several of the stores in central area (around Okc), not affiliated with any of them but I have different reasons for going to each of them.
OK-Sea Aquariums-(Central Okc off of Wilshire and 235) Great/Superb customer service, and maintenance service, often have spectacular large fish and large coral colonies at good prices, as well as a good variety of decently priced frags, also best prices on cleaner crew in town.
High-Def Corals-( N. Okc out of home near hefner rd. and McCarthur) Paul knows his stuff, and is very honest and will help get you in the game without padding the equipment and dosing needs. He also has exceptional high-end corals, and stellar deals on small frags. He sells fish too, but it is more of a custom order basis unless he has what you want.
Custom Reef Creations- (in Moore)- Bill is also very knowledgeable, usually has the best dry/clean rock for sale competitively priced, has the largest SPS selection around, gets awesome fish, and has a moderate selection of equipment/supplies. He is soon to have the largest selection of Clown fish around, and he can get some pretty high end fish, especially if you custom order. he has two black longnose tangs that i'm obsessed with.
Aquariums Edmond- LeAnn has a couple of really stellar show tanks with Ultra High End SPS and LPS, frequently has good deals on various corals and colonies, typically has some really good pieces of Live/cured Rock for sale, Has great prices on fish food, water, chemicals, salts, and live macroalgaes, she will also tell you the truth and typically does not sell any fish until they eat there and have been in her tanks for 2weeks.
ReefShopWarehouse- is by "night trips" ( so that might be a plus for some), AND H&H Shooting range (great burgers at the cafe inside), and they have a good deal on water, frequently have good deals on fish and more of a variety of cleaner crews than most, they frequently have really good sales on fish and coral, sell live red algae and brine shrimp for food. Look for the Circus goby they have, it's one of my all time favorite fish and NFS.
WetPets- Norman- is obviously a good store to check out as well... as it is the largest with the most selection of aquariums for sale, and equipment. I don't get to go there as often but they usually have some pretty impressively priced fish and inverts, and i've gotten some pretty good deals on corals there as well. Its a catch-all store to visit but I don't get out that way near enough. I hope to check it out on gamedays after the Sooner FB games.
**hope that helps.
