Lets get some more pledges guys! I know we have well over 100 known members in our club alone. Over 30 right here on the board. You are not asked for fees or dues but I will ask this of you. Donate at least one frag of a coral to this project, this is what the club was formed for. Those of you who no longer have tanks at this time are off the hook


and lets hear some ideas on how we can grow this effort into a larger tri-state effort.

I have
bright orange zoas
pink and grey zoas
a large Purple Nepthea
2 different green branching leathers
galaxea(sp? it's too late at night)
I'll break out the dremel and frag the blue encrusting Hydnophora I have yet to frag!
If no one else has ORA Purple Digitata to send I can frag mine but it will be a tiny piece because mine is still way small.

I'll look tomorrow and see if there's anything else I can send that I missed by flashlight tonight

I have a green w/pink tips frogspawn that I'm willing to frag and send down. I've got some plain zoanthids and blue-spotted mushrooms that I'd be willing to pitch in as well.

I want to thank everyone for their help here but the Aquarium has contacted us in regards to being deluged with calls from individuals wanting to send money and corals to them now.

They have asked me to make it clear that they in no way are wanting anyone to send any coral <b>AT THIS TIME</b> as their systems are still in cycle and they can not hold any donations at this time.
They want us to send all the coral at one specified time, they appreciate the gestures of good will but if you wish to participate please do so through this forum only.

Also they want us to make sure that when the time comes that we only send coral. They are not soliciting any monetary donation through this project we are only dealing with a list of pledged corals at this time nothing more.

again PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE AQUARIUM OR SEND ANYTHING AT THIS TIME. WE WILL CONTACT YOU AFTER THE LIST IS APPROVED AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT THE AQUARIUM MAY WANT.

Please direct all questions on this project to this forum and we will answer them as they come in.

Yeh I just heard from them tonight, looks like the word is spreading but some are taking action on their own, they just want to make sure everyone knows how it will work. Either way great job everyone!

Spread the word but make sure everyone knows we have to do this a certain way :thumbsup:
