In This Case, Is An Acclimation Box Necessary?

I have a trio of female Cirrhilabrus lineatus wrasse coming out of QT in about a week. DT is very large (500g) and contains no other wrasse or particularly aggressive fish in it, although my Black Axil Chromis spawn constantly and get a bit defensive over their eggs. Can I get a consensus as to whether a few days in an acclimation box would be a good idea before introduction or a bit of overkill in this case?
