IncomeTax time - Am buying High dollar equipment, Please help?!

this is not a comment on any of the equipment , but before I dropped that much money at Aquacave I would go read the reviews of this company in the vendors forum .

Looks good to me, The Reef Fanatic regulator us much better then your first pick. Again though not to beat a dead horse but I'd still check around town for a Co2 Bottle before ordering online. I'd almost bet money you would come out cheaper.

BTW I love premiumaquatics for online ordering incase you check other stores. Infact if your placing a large order give them a call and he will probably save you some money.

I am finding the RF reg difficult to tweak BPM because the working pressure is 27psi - I am not the first

+1 - you can find much better vendirs to deal with

Call your local Oxygen supply store for a CO2 tank you are going to have to have it filled there anyway.

Call Premium Aquatics to place your order, don't do something this big over the internet, ask for Jeremy!!

Also they stock everything, so no drop shipping!!!

sweet guys, thank you all so much for your help!
If they carry aluminum bottles, I will just get one of them from the local supply shop. If they dont have aluminum and they will just do a refill for me on my tank then I'll prolly just get one offline. Really though, you guys have really helped me a lot and deserve all the kudo's in the world. Mabe one day I'll have a awsome sps tank and I'll be able to mail you all some good frags hehe. Keep reefin!

ive also had great experiences dealing with premium aquatics. and im very cheap. which is probably why im the only person who will recommend the koralia controlable pumps. i have a 4 controller and 4 of the koralia 4s. one needed to be sent back but the service has been very good. if you need higher flow they are releasing controlable versions of all the magnum sized pumps. on theyre website it says they have been released already but i havent seen them anywhere. ive never owned a tunze pump, but always hear good things about them, i just wonder how much you are paying for the name and import.and yes i know the koralias are imported too. this thread has been a great read, always good to see so many people giving theyre 2cents. i also think that you may be going a bit wild on the test kits. if your doing decent water changes you may not need all those kits.

I agree, its not like I'm really going to do anything by knowing whats in the water. I would like to learn a bit more about water water chemestry in marine systems though, in the end I'll probably just get a few tests that I deem necessary. Thanks for your input! :)
