Okay,
so i wake up today to find a beautiful newly set up tank with a beautiful new set of zoas that I had just purchased a few days ago,(my first ever...) wide and open and getting some of the ambient light from the window thats near my tank. So i go to do something else, and i come back, and my angel, who leaves every other soft coral in my tank alone..(flowerpot soft coral, Kenya tree, anthelia, mushroom corals) was non chalantly floating over my new zoas and eating em. And not just picking at it, like she does the rocks, but really going for it.
So, i, as usual, get really angry, wonder why i bought it(the angel), and then move the coral to a diffrent, less accessible spot. It worked for about 5 min, and then she was at it again. Then i fed them some brine, and she left it alone for about a half an hour, and was back at the zoas.
Anywho, im looking for a way to keep my angel away from my zoas, cause thier really neat, and i would most definately like to keep them.
So if anyone has any ideas, feel free to throw them out there.
(Sometimes i wonder why "Cant we all just get along?")
Aaron.
