Info and ID plz!

Hi can anyone tell me what is in the picture, I think its a spaghetti worm of some sorts, theres a ridiculas amount of them in my tank, on the glass, sand rocks, in corals, everywhere.

Are they harmfull or potentially harmfull?
Is there a perticular fish or invert that will go to town on them and thin them out?

That is a terebellid worm, also known as a spaghetti worm. They are harmless detrivores. http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-06/rs/index.php

I believe that it is not a "spaghetti worm", but rather a "hair worm" aka cirratulid polychacte.
