My buddy gave me his wild caught true percs and i may or may not keep them.
I have them in a 12gal nano cube right now,at present i have a mated and breeding pair of maroon clowns in my display tank.


What do you guys think these mated wild caught true percs should sell for if i decide to sell them?

Probably no more than $40 or $50 for the pair.

First make sure not to mix them together the percs would be dead pretty fast. Second I would keep the percs(just my opinion). Here in San Diego I can get a pair of percs on our local forums for $30-$45.

I decided to call around my lfs and i was surprised that the prices were around 60 for one and 150 for a pair.

So i still am undecided whether to keep them,Eventually i would like to pick up a pair of snowflakes or grade a picassos.

Its funny how we all are so picky about clowns. It took me about 2 years to buy my grade A Picassos, and they are by far my favorite fish.

Regular true percs sell for 25 or 30 bucks a fish, so I would say 60 for the pair, unless they are breeding which would increase their value.

Thanks for the input...but i have been researching alot and i think between 100 and 150 is what they are selling for.
Thanks though,i think i am going to keep them,,,they are truly amazing looking pics doesnt do them justice.

Also want to throw this out there it seems like anywhere between 50 to 80 bucks in the california area but on the east coast where i am from they are much higher.
