can anyone tell me why instant ocean sea crystals went from $54 in November to $74 today for 200 gall seems like a lot, is it any better than other brands??? :deadhorse:

Wow Norm, thats a big jump. Maybe they are trying to keeping pace with all the rest, I pay around 70 something for Coralife..

Big Als online has the 200lb box for $44

Pet World in Rochester (3 locations) has, and has had, IO Reef Crystals on sale for $54.99 for months now. However, I have seen a huge swing in prices across the board between the big box stores and the smaller LFS, usually between $60ish to $70.
