Interested in Tunze Wavebox

I have a 210 gallon tank (84x24x24) that I am setting up. I am interested in doing everything right from the jump so I won't be spending more money longterm. I am interested in getting a Tunze Wavebox for this setup. If I purchase the wavebox, does it come with the controller for it or will it be an additional purchase? Here is the wavebox that I am getting from MarineDepot Wavebox . It doesn't mention the controller being included and just wanted to know to make sure I purchase everything upfront. Also, I will need magnets since my tank has brace around the top.

Yes the 6212 comes with the controller so you will be set. Though it is possible to setup with out the magnets, I do recommend them as it makes it much easier as you would likely have to cut trim etc to get a good fit with the supplied kit IMO and I think you would be much happier in the end.

I was reading on the wavebox and someone mentioned that it will shorten the lifespan of the reef. Is this true?
