Interesting Stuff Found in the tank..

Here's something that I just can't figure out what it is...Good/Bad/Indifferent.

I've also been finding these- which I believe are nerite snail eggs:

The large white blob in the upper left is marine epoxy I had to use to kill some hydroids..

Lastly - I believe this maybe some sort of barnacle; but again I cannot be sure:

Its hairs refract the light in all colors...Pretty interesting.

Red algae.
Eggs.
Not a barnacle. Those are the anterior setae (= the correct term for bristles) of a polychaete worm in the family Flabelligeridae. The worm uses its feeding appendages to spread a web of mucus over the setae. Particles floating in the water are caught on the web then the worm selects the edible ones to eat. Do a google image search for Pherusa and Piromis to see what the entire animal looks like.
