I have a Koran Angel that has a bump that appeared a week or so ago. The bump has gotten larger and as of yesterday it became pinkish red in color. LFS said it might be an a worm, working its way out. I haven't seen any worms hanging out of him yet though. He had 3 or 4 of the same type of bumps about 3 weeks ago, but they went away, in the same manner. I have the fish in qt now and am treating with Maracyn2, for any secondary infection. What is the course of treatment for parasitic worms?
I have been dosing his food with garlic. I also picked up some Jungle Labs, anti-parasite food.
