With the live rock should i buy say 125 LBS and put it all in the tank let it cycle and recure (from the dieoff from shipping). Or should i put little bits in at a time. I am thinking of going with 125LBS for my 90Gallon this should be good right? Also what do you think of the prices below. This store is fairly close to me so shipping isent that bad.

Thanks,
ANDREW

You might as well add the rock all at one time. You could order a little less to make sure you don't end up with too much, then order more if you feel you could use some more.

As far as how many pounds, it depends on the type of rock you want. For example, Fiji live rock tends to be more dense, so a 10lb. piece of Fiji would be smaller than a 10lb. piece of a less dense rock type of live rock.

I'm not familiar with that site, so I don't know the true quality of their liverock. If it turns out to be good rock, the prices don't sound bad.

Which type(s) were you wanting to get?

There are more reputable sites that sell rock for similar prices or even cheaper. Try www.liveaquaria.com for example. Their LR looks great. The ultimate site for LR in my opinion is www.tampabaysaltwater.com

The problem with these two sites for me is that they are located in the United States. I live in Canada i have looked at both of these sites i know the tampabaysaltwater.com does not ship to Canada as for the other one i couldent find any info on if they did or not. Even if they did customs would be a bit of a pain not to mention fairly expensive. If liveaquaria does ship to Canada i will for sure look into them. Thanks for your replys
