Well as the ProfiLux system has now become so popular not only in the USA and Canada but also the rest of the world, I felt it important that the technical support role was widened so everyone has access to world class and market leading support
Therefore I would like to introduce to you Lorin (RC - Kidney), the new OFFICIAL technical support specialist. Lorin will be helping out with all tech support questions giving me a bit of breathing space so I can dedicate more time to advancing the brand further.
Lorin will also be attending the first ProfiLux Expo in Montreal Quebec canada, that will be happening very soon.
So if you have any technical support queries please Lorin will be here to help you out. Of course i will still be here a vast majority of the time and so will Matthias
