Here's a shout out to Gareth at Progressive Reef. Last weekend my Profilux 3 crashed during a firmware upgrade. I was able to use the flash tool to re-power the unit but my optical sensor and my Aqua Illumination lighting did not work correctly. I also needed guidance on installing my wireless Vortech controller. Even though I live in New Jersey, and Gareth works from British Columbia, the phone support provided closed the distance. I felt as though Gareth was right here by my aquarium fixing things. Not only that, he knew exactly where to go to address each and every situation. Rarely have I encountered such technical expertise delivered in a friendly, constructive, and professional manner. Anyone who is on the fence about getting a Profilux controller should know that the customer service provided is second to none. Thank you Gareth!

Gareth has always looked after GHL clients well and this is why Aqua Digital Inc as the distributors give progressive Reef so much support, I am very pleased this working relationship is going from strength to strength.
